-1 ripe banana
-1 heaped tbs. raw cacao
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-1 cup coconut milk or cream
-1 tbs. LSA or chia seed meal
-Raw cacao nibs and coconut for topping
Blend all the ingredients together on your blender, such as a Vitamix, and sprinkle with the toppings.
You can freeze these as ice creams too.
