-1/2 an #avocado sliced

-1/2 fresh tomato quartered

-1/4 red onion diced

-1/4 lebanese cucumber diced

-1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

-Garlic mayo and vinegar dressing

-Mint leaves as garnish

-Salt to taste
