#Raw #Vegan #Green Monster #Smoothie



Use 1 cup of organic rice, soy, quinoa, and macadamia, coconut or almond milk as base.


-1 ripe banana, mango, or berries.


1/2 tbs. oatmeal or cooked quinoa = slow burning carb for long lasting energy, protein


1tbs. Organic lecithin granules= Cholesterol lowering, brain function, protein.


1 tbs. LSA powder= (Linseed, sunflower and almond meal)= #Healthyfats for #radiantskin, #hair and nails. Keeps you regular to the bathroom, high in protein.


1/2 tsp. green food (#chlorella, #spirulina, #barleygrass or my favourite @SynergyNaturals #Supergreens)=These are like having the nutritional equivalent to a big bucket of veggies, great for #energy, #highprotein, keeps you full, they are detoxing and alkalizing.


1/2 tbs. honey, Maple syrup or agave=to sweeten if needed.


-Add 1 tbsp. of raw cacao if you want a chocolate flavor.


Blend in your @vitamix_aunz blender and serve. Great for a quick, high protein, slow burning, high-energy detoxifying breakfast, or a snack in between meals.
