Super High Protein Vanilla-Caramel Paradise Smoothie

-1/2 cup coconut cream

-1/2 cup almond milk (or 1 cup of zymil milk)

-1 madjula date or ¼ frozen banana

-1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter

-1/2 teaspoon. Caramel protein powder or miskeet

-1 tsp. maple syrup

-1 tbs. almond meal

-1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

-1/2 scoop of whey protein isolate for a more sustained snack, and perfect post workout food.
