Wellness Tip: Being in The Present Moment


Recently I was floored by news that a good friend of mine had a serious illness. It really rocked me. It made me think about how important it is not to get lost in the rat race that we all feel compelled to run.

That we have to make time for the real and truly important thing’s like, spending quality time just drawing with your little ones, or having a coffee on your own in a beautiful cafe’, or reading a novel that really excited you.

Everyday is a beautiful gift, particularly when we are so lucky here, make that time to cherish it!
