So, this was me a few days ago.
I am super busy, just like everyone else, and juggling #motherhood with working, whilst trying not to drop off the face of the earth in terms of #womanhood. Yes, turns out I am a woman. Sometimes I misplace that important piece of information whilst running from one place to the next, as I’m sure, many other busy parents do.
When we are all so #busy, sometimes we forget who we are, and it’s important to take time out occasionally, to slow the pace and remember why we are doing everything we are doing.
I see it a lot with my patients, they often complain that they can’t #eat #healthily because they simply don’t have the time. But what’s the point of it all then? If you are pushing so hard that you don’t even have time to look after yourself or your family, is it worth it?
So, a valuable #wellness tip is to slow down, smell the roses, make time to prepare and #cook simple, #healthy #foods, to #laugh with your friends, to laugh at yourself, to walk through #beautiful #gardens or bare foot on the #beach and hopefully what sex you are, will eventually come back to you.
